how does online ordering of cookies work?
Ordering cookies online from Overdoughsed is convenient and easy. Just visit the website, select a box with your favorite cookies and add them to your shopping cart. Once you've made your choice, all you have to do is enter your payment details and choose the shipping option that works best for you. Your order will be shipped the following Wednesday. All orders are packaged securely to ensure quality and freshness upon arrival.

how many cookies can i order at a time?
There's no such thing as too many cookies – order a box of 3 for yourself, a box of 6 for your friends and a box of 12 for the whole family!
can you deliver to me?
We ship throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Do you want to be sure that we ship to you? Add your favorite cookies to your shopping cart, enter your address details and view the shipping options for your address.
can i pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, pick up is no longer possible at the moment. We offer FREE shipping above EUR 45.00.

what payment options are available?
Ordering and paying for cookies online is convenient and easy with the following payment options:

do you have lactose free and gluten free options?
Unfortunately, our production area does not currently allow us to offer lactose-free and gluten-free options.
do you have vegan options?
We are currently working on vegan cookies, but we do not offer vegan options just yet.
how do i pronounce your name?
Overdoughsed is pronounced like the English word 'overdosed' and is combined with the word 'dough'.
can the cookies be personalised?
Personalization of cookies and/or the packaging is available from a minimum order of 100 pieces divided over a minimum of 20 pieces per flavour.

Shipping
how long will it take for my cookies to arrive?
Every Wednesday we offer the shipments to our shipping partner, PostNL, who can deliver within 1-2 working days.
how can i track my order?
As soon as we have offered your shipment to the shipping partner, you will receive an email with a track & trace code in which you can track your order.
Please note: once we have offered the shipment to our shipping partner, we can no longer be held liable and PostNL assumes liability for any inconvenience.
what is your shipping policy?
We ship all orders via PostNL every Wednesday.

what is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns. If you have encountered a problem with your order, please send an email to info@overdoughsed.nl and let us know what is going on.

how long can i keep the cookies?
Overdoughsed cookies can be stored airtight for up to a week or frozen for up to 3 months.
